Job Description
  • Be the first point of contact for all training, induction and onboarding enquiries
  • Send out invites for training, book meeting rooms and organize trainers
  • Update staff training records and upload all related information on to our system
  • Assist with general administration such as printing, scanning, organizing meetings etc.
  • Deal with any administration for onboarding such as dealing with new starter forms, updating staff database, sending IT requests and security vetting administration
  • Assist in the development of a training matrix
  • Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders such as department leads, Learning and Development teams and the Health and safety teams
  • Develop an understanding of the construction industry and training requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficient in the use of IT, good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Experience in a training department and/or the construction industry (ideal)
  • Administration experience (ideal)
