Job Description

You will manage the employee off boarding process, including all administration surrounding colleagues leaving the organization. You will provide administrative support to the Strategic Workforce Planning and Resourcing Manager and the wider team, as well as look at ways to improve all aspects of off boarding and payroll processes.

Support the monthly payroll process and assist with the documentation of starters and leavers.

  • Effectively respond to HR queries and produce HR correspondence.
  • Support the internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
  • Regularly check the HR Services inbox, respond to queries and forward to respective departments.
  • Draft and send employment and tenancy references.
  • Compile and maintain digital and electronic employee records, including holiday, flexible working, acting up allowances and sickness leave.
  • Maintain accurate HR records in all HR Systems.
  • Run and submit reports on general HR activities.
  • Support HR Business Partners with employees’ life cycle updates on the system.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Administrative and clerical skills, including report writing, record keeping and scheduling. 
  • HR administration experience is highly desirable, although not essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience of working with HR systems and maintaining people data
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
  • Understanding of HR and payroll practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • To be collaborative, open and honest with team members and stakeholders.
