Job Description

The role will form part of a team of four office staff. You will be part of our welcoming team for any parents or members of our community both face to face and over the phone. In addition you will undertake admin tasks in relation to pupil files, equipment registers and monitoring of equipment/stock levels. As part of the role there will be training available to allow the right candidate to progress in their career working within a school office. Every day is different working within a school office and therefore provides a wide range of interest.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

A successful candidate will be warm, friendly and welcoming. They will be able a highly organized person and be able to remain calm in any situation. A successful candidate will be a team player willing to support other staff within the school. A successful candidate will be able to model polite manners to all stakeholders and remain professional at all times. They must have a good understanding of confidentiality and GDPR processes. They will have a good understanding of basic IT skills and they must be literate and be able to handle working with numbers.
