Job Description

You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure the consistent, high quality delivery of our programme. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure the consistent, high quality delivery of our programme. He/she will have an eye for detail and accuracy, be self-reliant and resilient and able to work on their own initiative.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Qualified to Level 3 or above with a minimum of GCSE Grade 5 or equivalent in English and Mathematics
  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude to work
  • Sound knowledge and a confident user of software packages including MS Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook and an aptitude for learning new computer programs
  • The ability to communicate with a variety of people and situations (in person, via email, online and on the telephone)
  • Experience of efficient, accurate and compliant record-keeping
  • Able to priorities workload and work quickly and accurately under pressure
  • Able to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Experience of delivering a high quality and responsive service
