Job Description
To process pre-employment screening checks for all new candidates in line with the screening policy. Ensure all new candidates are compliant with company policies and work closely with the HR Team and wider business to ensure a smooth on-boarding process.
- Checking pre-employment referencing forms and documents for new candidates to ensure all information is present and valid.
- Contacting ex-employers to request pre-employment references and making sure they are provided in a timely fashion.
- Verifying pre-employment references once provided and ensuring HR Systems are update.
- Identifying the different referencing requirements for each job role and ensure these are met.
- Submitting and reviewing Credit and DBS checks.
- Ensuring all relevant candidate information is available to allow the Quality Assurance Department to carry out DBS and Credit Checks for regulated roles.
- Maintaining records throughout the referencing process.
- Dealing with customer enquiries in a professional manner and providing an excellent customer service.
