Job Description
  • Support Service department administrative tasks as required, including sharing weekly training report with all Service Managers.
  • Help with maintaining generic inboxes alongside the Admin team and provide the Admin team with general support as required.
  • Coordination of Employee Health & Safety activities, including accident reporting, issuing eyecare vouchers and maintaining employee records in the Company’s Health & Safety training system.
  • Ordering and distributing Engineer work shirts as required.
  • Processing orders for engineer parts using the online accounts as required
  • Managing the Calibration Process to ensure that Engineers’ tools are within calibration ranges at all times.
  • Provide cover for Goods In deliveries over lunch breaks/staff absences from office

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience providing administrative support in a commercial setting
  • Proactive, organized and structured work approach with close attention to detail
  • Previous experience working with Microsoft Excel and IT Software such as Oracle is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism dealing with customer queries
  • A team player with proven experience working effectively as part of a team
  • Flexible in approach, calm under pressure, with a sense of urgency and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
