Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in social housing repairs to achieve a nationally recognized level 3 qualification. The apprenticeship is a fixed term contract which will run for 2 years, and will combine on-the-job learning and online study, You will provide general administration support to the office team responsible for managing our repairs service and refurbishment of our empty properties (voids).
This will include:

  • Updating our internal systems with property information
  • Process invoices from contractors
  • Respond to customer queries by telephone, email or letter
