Research to identify potential new broker agents within target market sectors.
Develop relationships with new brokers to enhance our broker panel.
Monitor and maintain relationships with existing brokers.
Implement business development, marketing and PR campaigns in line with company objectives.
Assistance with creation of marketing material and activities to support business development.
Present new products and services to broker panel.
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Manage internal CRM logs and marketing distribution lists.
Key Role Accountabilities:
Increase sales activity.
Delivery of agreed sales and marketing strategy.
Ensure data is accurately recorded and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
Comply with all FCA regulations as per the companies’ policies and procedures.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum 5 years previous experience within a similar role.
Working knowledge of competitor market in the insurance field.
Experience or understanding of commercial, leisure and construction products advantageous.
