Job Description

The role is key to providing a range of support across our 11 UK offices with a range of tasks.
Main responsibilities:

  • Taking incoming calls
  • Dealing with post
  • Photocopying, scanning, filling
  • Organizing stationery and ensuring all offices are fully stocked
  • Meet and greet external visitors
  • Arranging life event cards and gifts (birthday, new baby etc.)

Hours per week 37.5
Working week Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Willingness to learn
  • Effective IT skills (word, PowerPoint, excel)
  • Effective organization and attention to detail
  • Happy to work as part of a team
  • Comfortable to communicate across all levels of the business
  • Experience of email and MS Teams would be an advantage
  • Committed
  • Enthusiastic
  • Positive can-do approach
  • 5 GCSE’s grade 4/C or equivalent including English and Math.
  • Business Administrator L3
  • Training with Milton Keynes College
  • Ongoing training, support and development with the employer
