Job Description
  • Contribute to the analysis and development of both tactical and strategic remediation plans to address specific gaps in the Consent Order analysis. 
  • Active participation in working group sessions as SME to identify and facilitate creation of detailed action plans and commitments to Consent Order targets.
  • Represent company in cross functional working groups for key reporting functions, including Books & Records, Reporting and Data.
  • To meet project plan deadlines and key milestones related to project completion.
  • To contribute to process improvement efforts and to control enhancements resulting from changes in operation models.
  • Partner closely with function leadership to inform and advise on both ongoing transformation work and areas of opportunity
  • Play a key role in supporting the execution and delivery of Adjustment Reduction and Finance Data program.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders and colleagues
  • Present results/findings and make recommendations to senior management
  • Adapt to changing circumstances - the prioritization of tasks may evolve with changing circumstances.
  • Monitor and track delivery of activity against milestones, including managing dependencies across related projects

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 5 – 7 + years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance or business-related fields in Financial Services.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills to engage with senior managers and demystify technical intricacies in language and context relevant to a broader audience
  • Track record of success in delivering high quality work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to identify problems and take appropriate actions to resolve issues.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and demonstrated agile execution skills.
  • Proficient in use of digital and analytical tools (PowerBI/Tableau) a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to challenge teams towards clear delivery plans across geography, function and other organizational structures.
