Job Description

You will have previous Practical Office Management Experience, and have a good understanding of all the requirements of setting up an Office, ensuring that all the equipment and safety procedures are operational. You will be working alongside the Deputy Office Manager, and also the IT consultants if required. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm. This position is initially for 1 – 2 months, and will be reviewed on a monthly basis.

Duties will include:

  • Ensuring all computer equipment is installed correctly
  • Organizing Photocopier/printers
  • PAT testing for all electrical equipment.
  • Organizing filing system
  • Setting up Fire drill/Health & Safety procedures
  • Set up signing in/out of building procedure
  • Organize Office Furniture (Desks/chairs/filing cabinets etc.)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous Office Management Experience
  • Ability to work on own initiative/self-motivated
  • Confident communicator
  • Excellent Organization skills
  • Experience of negotiating office equipment rentals
  • Excellent Prioritization skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Good understanding of Office IT requirements
