NHS National Terms and Conditions (Agenda for Change) rules will apply to successful candidates coming from another NHS Employer. GHCCG are seeking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic Band 4 administrator who can work within the Transforming Care Partnership (TCP) which includes Calderdale, Kirklees, Wakefield and Barnsley. The post is a fixed term contract for 12 Months. The CKWB Partnership are committed to delivering their Transforming Care Strategy and one of the key elements is to reduce the number of service users with a learning disability who are in an inpatient setting, enabling people to live more independently within the community with the right accommodation and support.
