The National Church Institutions (NCIs) are a collective group of bodies that together support the mission and ministries of the Church by working with those who serve in parishes, dioceses, schools and other ministries, and with partners at a national and international level. We aim for everyone who works in the NCIs to feel they belong and are valued for who they are and what they contribute. The majority of NCI employees are based at Church House in Westminster, Lambeth Palace and Bishopthorpe Palace near York. A high priority for us is supporting the work of the wider Church through the delivery of a programme of change to support growth through a range of initiatives. Together we have recently embarked on refreshed work focused on culture, encompassing leadership, engagement of our people, and inclusion and belonging, together with a project to redesign our workplaces to encourage collaboration
