Rydon Maintenance Our team of highly skilled maintenance engineers deliver responsive repairs and maintenance services to the housing, education and healthcare markets. Rydon Construction Rydon Construction is our main contracting division, responsible for delivering new build projects on behalf of our clients in housing, healthcare and education. Early Careers Rydon has a rich history in providing early careers opportunities through its industry leading graduate programme (with intakes each academic year providing careers in surveying/commercial management, site management and Estimating). In addition, we offer work experience opportunities within the communities we work, as well as a structured apprenticeship programme which identifies and trains the talent of tomorrow in areas such as skilled trades, surveying, site management, commercial management and estimating. From our beginnings in 1978, Rydon has grown into a multi-faceted company, employing over 750 people. Rydon Construction, Rydon Homes and Rydon Maintenance cover general contracting, refurbishment, remediation, cross subsidy, regeneration, property maintenance and residential and commercial property development, while Ryhurst focuses on delivering creative and practical solutions to health and community estates requirements and challenges. Our people are at the heart of our success Each division within Rydon has its own specialist skills and can operate independently or through integrated, cross-disciplined programmes involving various components of the Group. This allows us to deploy our capabilities in a manner that best suits the specific needs of our clients.
