Viribus specialise in placing the highest quality of resource within emerging technologies. We were formed to become trusted advisors to our customers (candidates and clients) through really understanding the roles we recruit for and clients we work on behalf of, ensuring we are able to consult and provide the best candidates in the market through knowledge, reputation and hard work. We work with a variety of companies from Start-ups to Enterprises but one thing they have in common is their use of emerging technology to deliver the best solutions and services either internally or to their customers. We support them through delivering talent within Software Engineering, DevOps & SRE, Support & Infrastructure, QA/Testing, Machine Learning & Data Science and Business Analysis & Project Management. The team are very passionate about the world of Technology and we believe that is important because day-in and day-out we focus ourselves on building our network due to the ever changing market that is Technology, and with over 90% of the market in employment you can't just concentrate on the candidates who are actively looking because that perfect candidate is likely to already be employed. Viribus puts an emphasis on that 90% already in employment, not by just advertising jobs or searching job boards; but we use use referrals, recommendations, GitHub, Stackoverflow and other communities to engage with them (there is of course other resources we use but we couldn't possibly give away our trade secrets!). We believe that everyone should be treated equally and a phone call to update people really isn’t very hard to do! We provide an end-to-end recruitment service covering both permanent and contract, that is bespoke to each client we work with because every client and candidate is unique in our eyes and requires something different; meaning a one size fits all approach just doesn't work.
