This position provides the ideal platform for individuals with aspirations of furthering their career within the property industry. In this role, you will further develop your skills by successfully arranging sales and rental agreements, including tenant referencing, rent chasing and buyer checks. You’ll generate property valuations and enhance your sales progression skills once sales and lets have been agreed. Above all, you’ll join us in providing our customers with a dedicated and personal service, which we’ve come to pride ourselves on. In time, there are greater responsibilities and plenty of opportunities beyond, including Senior Property Advisor and management positions. Formed over twenty years ago by two young (at the time!) Cardiff students, CPS Homes has grown to become Cardiff’s biggest estate agent, helping house over 7,000 tenants and selling more than 500 properties in Cardiff each year. To this day, the company’s directors continue to work alongside our team of 30+ enthusiastic and hardworking individuals; many of whom have been within the company for several years. Whilst CPS Homes can pave the way in enriching a career in estate agency and property management, we also have a sister company – a property development firm – that could offer an alternative career path within the same industry, should you wish to pursue it.
