We are looking for super passionate senior disputes specialists who have gained robust experience doing fraud or disputes investigations to join our dedicated team and help Monzo's fight against financial crime. This role is a senior role within our disputes customer operations team, so we are looking for experienced and confident subject matter experts. You will split your time between handling specific activities such as reviewing high value decisions, dealing with the most complex case filings or investigations, and partnering across the business where needed as an expert. You may also do quality assurance, training and coaching more junior members of the team. At Monzo we choose not to split out different areas of fraud, including APP fraud, account takeovers and card disputes. This means that you'll get huge exposure to all types of fraud and be trained to deal with all types of tasks.
