Be an effective and engaged member of the directorate's Senior Management Team, responsible for setting direction, corporate planning, delivery against strategic objectives and continuous improvement. Leading, motivating and developing a multi-disciplinary team of nine to deliver an effective service through products and services that meet our customers’ needs. Ensuring existing finance systems and interfaces (such as e5, Bottomline Technologies and Barclaycard Smartpay) are maintained and operating effectively. Oversight and management of financial transactional services including supplier records, requisitions, order raising, receipting, approvals, payments and claims. Taking the lead on approved continuous improvement and other Finance System related projects. Working alongside the Transformation Programme team to develop and deliver our Future Finance Systems Strategy. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders (including a shared system arrangement), ensuring services and expectations are managed against clearly defined deliverables and KPIs. Ensuring robust and relevant business continuity plans are in place for the directorate. Through the IPO Leading Managers Group, define and role-model consistent leadership behaviors and values that drives collective understanding, ownership and delivery of our strategy and our corporate priorities.
