Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Administrator will be part of a team of HR professionals based in the Trust's central office in Huddersfield. The role requires the job holder to work Monday to Friday on a term-time basis (39 weeks each year). The main purpose of the role is to provide an effective and efficient administrative support to Trust and it's academies; to maintain the central HR database, supporting academies with queries and assist in the provision of an effective, flexible and responsive HR/administrative service for the Trust. Administrative experience must be demonstrated and HR and/or education sector experience is advantageous. This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check. South Pennine Academies comprises 8 primary and 3 secondary schools within the Kirklees, Calderdale and Oldham areas.
