Central to our success is our ability to keep our vehicles moving on time and to schedule, and it is to this end, that we are looking to appoint a Transport Administrator. Working as part of a team in a busy department you will primarily be responsible for ensuring loads and deliveries are booked in with the relevant customers. Liaising with planning, shipping and customer services teams throughout Europe as well as external customers. Other duties will include booking costs to jobs using Hoyer-IT systems, dealing with issues that arise during the day, processing disputes, complaints and assisting with customs formalities.
