We are a thriving online business that has seen our business boom during 2020. To keep up with our extremely rapid growth we need a new member of our team to help with a variety of administrative tasks, reporting to Operations Manager. Your primary role is to look after and process our customer returns - inputting them onto our system as they are raised, then checking them in as they arrive, assessing the items to check they are in good condition then processing a replacement or refund as required. You’ll then also administer the onward return to our vendors if required and make sure that we are compensated in a timely fashion. Ideally, you'll be an adept and confident computer operator; in the role you'll be using a variety of programmes, some you'll be familiar with (MS Office, Gmail), some you might not (Khaos Cloud, Zendesk, Magento), but you'll quickly recognise the similarities between how we do things and how you've gained experience in the past and take it in your stride. You'll be a problem-solver by nature, and be able to search out the correct information across our systems so that you can complete the correct action, both for the business, and the customer. For example, you might need to access our ZenDesk customer service system to read what the customer has advised about a problem with a product, then access both our Magento and Khaos systems to process the return correctly and provide the customer with a refund. In certain circumstances, things won’t be as straightforward as we’d like, and you’ll needed to get to the root of the problem and fix it. The secondary aspect to the role, will be to provide good service to our customers directly, answering queries via our Zendesk system. Again, you'll need to be able to find information from multiple sources, then pass-back appropriate answers to customers as required. You'll need to be articulate, concise and have excellent spelling and grammar. Thirdly, as our go-to Excel-wizard we may ask you to complete other administrative tasks across the business, such as helping with accounts administration, editing and improving our databases and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
