As the HR Administrator at Edenhouse, you’ll play a key role in the whole employee lifecycle by providing efficient and accurate administration, documentation and reporting support, from hiring to inductions and onboarding through to coordinating employee benefits, reward and recognition and managing the employee leaver process. You’ll ensure a best in class experience for all employees when responding to all HR questions and queries on HR policies, practices and processes and will assist the HR team with a number of key programmes and initiatives.
