About Us

The Innovation and Quality Lead is responsible for detailed analysis of the various construction activities undertaken. Duties include studying the entire construction process undertaken for the project, analysing the industry/market for new trends in construction process and technology, preparing and combining reports on the findings, providing suggestions on improving the entire or elements of the construction process to improve performance, and offering advice on construction-related matters. Driving innovation and engagement throughout the business and managing activities relating to the implementation and development of the Quality Management System (QMS).
