PURPOSE An internal and external customer facing role that provides commercial and Administration support to the Selling and operations teams. Coordinates with Group legal to recommend mitigation on contract terms and conditions negotiations with clients, leading where required. To provide Contractual protection to the Elliott Group through risk management, Mitigation. Implementation and Debt Management To Manage the activities of the Commercial Admin Team. Reporting structure Commercial Director - Modular Hire Working in collaboration with the Commercial Director, Algeco Group Legal, Finance Department, and all Hire Sales teama & Operations team.
