Wilko Retail Ltd. is a British high-street chain which sells homewares and household goods. Way back in 1930, JK Wilkinson opened his first store in Leicester. And since then, we’ve not stopped growing. Today, we’re still family run, but now we have almost 400 stores across the UK – with big plans to open more. Impressive stuff. Naturally, we don’t expect you to know Wilko inside and out. Which is why we train and develop our Customer Service Assistants to build the knowledge, confidence and skills they need to be the best and keep our customers smiling. However, you will need a genuine enthusiasm for customer service, the motivation to learn and a real passion for helping people – no matter what they need from us.
