We specialise in next day Business to Business deliveries of freight that others find too awkward or irregular to carry, from small document satchels and typical carton freight to pallets and lengths of up to six meters. We have close to 3000 employees who service over 5000 customers by ensuring their parcels reach their destination on time and in great shape. We have in excess of 900 Tuffnells vehicles which operate through strategically based depots. We offer a range of services and guaranteed delivery times for business customers. Consignments are securely tracked with electronic proof of delivery usually available within seconds of delivery. We deliver in excess of 55,000 consignments every day to over 40,000 different delivery locations. Our unique network minimises the number of times consignments are handled on their journey. This secure method of trunking reduces the possibility of damage and is the most efficient method for delivering bulky and irregular items. With over 100 years’ experience, we know our customers and understand that service matters. Every day we take care of thousands of items that need a special delivery. Our business is built upon local sales and customer service teams and we take pride in the long standing relationships that we have built with our customers in order to understand their needs and tailoring our service to fit.
