We are now recruiting an Administrator to an 18 month Fixed Term Contract to support across the Learning Disability Continuing Healthcare Team supporting the Continuing Health Care and Transforming Care process/agenda. The primary function of this role is to support the team to deliver work in a timely manner to ensure adherence to the Continuing HealthCare National Framework timescales and Transforming Care Programme Agenda. Additionally, liaising with colleagues and care providers to ensure the accurate and timely inputting data to our client database. Although you will be based in Fareham Civic Offices, there may be a requirement to travel to other sites as and when required, although this is minimal.
