As a member of the Student Progress and Support Service, the post-holder will support the delivery of a portfolio of customer service excellent student progress activities and academic administrative support that contribute to an outstanding student experience. Seamless access to a range of information, advice and guidance services will be delivered through a single point of contact service model supported by E:vision SITs and CRM. Close alignment with programme support needs is essential through the provision of key services and interactions with Faculty and Academic Registry teams. QA is one of the largest learning services organizations in the UK, developing skills and capabilities for everyone from apprentices to business leaders.
