iMultiply was established with the sole purpose of creating a new and different type of recruitment business, one that sits between candidates and employers for the benefit of both. Our DNA from the very start was to: Challenge convention to continually innovate and raise standards in the recruitment industry. Be part of the business landscape which supports the local ecosystem and community. Bring good people together, help them to grow and develop and to make awesome shit happen. That’s why we value employer and candidate feedback as much as we do the numbers, In fact, our business model is based on measuring consultants on customer satisfaction as well as fees earned, making us rather different from other recruitment companies. We spend the time getting to know potential candidates, so we can match them with roles which will enable them to flourish, whilst taking every care to ensure the perfect fit for both parties. And we don’t just speak to people wanting to move jobs. Often we meet and speak to professionals who just need some guidance and support, but for whom a new job is not the right answer. We’ve been doing all this since 2012, regularly working with many of Scotland’s best companies. In that time, our experienced team have helped some of the country’s leading accountants and finance professionals find their perfect role. We’ve also spoken with countless other people and helped them on their own career journey, even if that has meant them not changing company. What is more, whenever someone gets a job through iMultiply we will support a young person to upskill through our charity partnership with Project Scotland, giving them the opportunity to progress their own working life.
