Shepherd Neame is Britain's oldest independent family brewery and pub operator located in Faversham, Kent. We currently operate over 70 high quality retail pubs, restaurants and Hotels across London and the South East of England, together with nearly 250 tenanted pubs across the same area. We employ over 1500 people across our retail estate and nearly 300 people at our Head Office, so we know that having trained, dedicated and passionate staff on board is crucial to the success of our business and individual outlets. At all levels we invest in extensive, personalised training to help get the best out of our teams, so whether you are a General Manager, Brewer, Chef, Bar & Restaurant Staff or a Housekeeper, we may just well have the perfect job role for you! At our brewery, all of our beers are brewed with the finest traditional ingredients including water from our own artesian well, set deep beneath the brewery. The iconic hop gardens of Kent surround the brewery, inspiring our Brewers to create award winning, distinctive Beers and Lagers including the Spitfire range, Masterbrew, our exciting new Whitstable Bay range and Bishops Finger.
