Moving on: After you have successfully completed your Apprenticeship you will have gained valuable workplace experience and attained a professional qualification which will improve your chances of finding work either within the Council or with another employer or help you move on to a higher level apprenticeship elsewhere. You will have networked across the Council and be aware of the internal job market during your time with us and we will provide support on your approach to the wider job market as part of your development programme. To apply for this Apprenticeship, you must: • Be a Hammersmith & Fulham resident or care leaver aged 16+. • We encourage you to apply if you are a school/college/university leaver and would like to kick start your career however, applicants of all ages will be considered. • Not currently be qualified in Business Administration at Level 3 or above. Please ensure that you fully answer the mandatory questions at the end of the application form as this is what the recruiting managers will be using to shortlist your application. You should use your previous experiences at school, college, work or in your personal life to give detailed and relevant examples when asked. Uploading a CV and/or a personal statement is optional, but these will not be considered when assessing your job application.
