London based, administrative support to one Senior Director and a team of 12 analysts. Plus adhoc support for two smaller analytical teams of 3-4. Working with 2 other London based AA’s plus a team of 7 assistants across EMEA using shared mailboxes and calendars. Usual admin duties, such as travel and expenses, plus attendance at team meetings, responsible for note taking and follow up items. The Impact: This role is integral to the analytical process. Working closely with analysts and other admin assistants you will learn how to set up committees in line with compliance guidelines. The Career Opportunity: You will learn how to navigate the various S&P systems. Within the administration group there are plenty of opportunities to learn the business, work closely with analysts, suggest ideas for process improvements and manage your own ideas or projects. The Team / The Business: You will be working within the London administration team, supporting a friendly team of analysts who value input from an admin perspective and are keen to get the right candidate involved in their team projects.
