The Front of House team is responsible for providing a standard of excellence for client care services to all visitors. This includes data-input booking of meeting rooms request, greeting visitors and dealing with administration tasks in a professional manner. As the face of the firm and the first point of contact for clients and staff, this is a key hire for the London office. Switchboard cover will also be required on occasions. This role involves working within a team of 9 but a wider team of 12 which includes Switchboard. Flexibility is required should shift patterns change or the necessity to cover sickness/holiday absence including evenings. Baker McKenzie is a truly global law firm.
