This is a key role in Oakfield Academy - the first point of contact for visitors and therefore confidentiality is a vital characteristic of this role. The hourly rate will start at £9.62 per hour based on Grade 15 of the Somerset Pay Spine. Additional holiday pay is paid. Oakfield Academy is committed to safeguarding and the successful candidate will be: DBS checked Complete a medical check Satisfactory references obtained Right to work in the UK documentation is also a requirement. Interviews will be held on Thursday 10th March 2022. The post-holder is responsible in first instance to the Business Manager under the guidance of the Administration and Marketing Officer. The post-holder interacts on a professional level with colleagues and seeks to establish and maintain productive relationships with them; this includes prospective parents, pupils & staff, the local community and the wider public encouraging their engagement with the academy.
