In line with our exciting growth strategy, BaseKit are on the hunt for an exceptional Business Development Executive, with a proven background in partner, channel or reseller sales, ideally in the SaaS or Technology sector. Over 90% of our partners are located outside of the UK, so a track record of prospecting, nurturing and closing new partner contracts globally, specifically in EMEA and the US, would be ideal. The role will incorporate a mix of working in the office, and from home, carrying with it a basic salary of £45,000 (FTE), an additional OTE of £30,000, plus an uncapped commission plan, meaning you can earn in excess of your OTE. Given the recent global pandemic, we have successfully been acquiring new partners online, through video meetings and product demonstrations. Today, little or no travel will be required, however this may change as the globe opens up for business again moving forward. While we envisage the role to be full-time, a 36-hour week, we are flexible and may consider a minimum working week of 24 hours for an exceptional candidate. Our objective at BaseKit is to empower small business owners around the globe to achieve success online, through our simple yet exceptional digital tools, including a website builder, Ecommerce store and appointment booking software platforms. BaseKit’s ambition is significant. We are driven and determined to scale our proposition at speed. To achieve this we adopt a global partner-centric sales model, providing partners and resellers who serve, or intend to acquire and serve a substantial portfolio of SMB clients, with white-labelled digital software solutions. BaseKit products and services help our partners add immense value to their proposition, and in doing so, empower their end-user clients with the very best online tools and solutions.
