This is an exciting role in TU Dublin SU, Ireland’s largest Students’ Union, with extensive opportunities to participate in the development and delivery of our core services for our student members and Elected Officers. This is an operational and logistical role that is designed to support and collaborate with the team on providing a front of house services to the students of TU Dublin through our flagship location in the Lower House in Grangegorman, and also through outreach programmes to our other locations in the city centre, namely Tallaght and Blanchardstown. This is not a representational role. This role would suit someone who works well in a dynamic environment. Due to its multi-faceted nature, the candidate should be able to show initiative and work well as part of a team. It will require some flexible working. The TU Dublin Students Union Hub is a busy space and plays a key role in providing a positive stakeholder experience to our students. As well as welcoming point of contact for students it will be a thriving service delivery point for our student body, providing a range of services core to their university experience. In conjunction with their manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our new TU Dublin SU Hub in Grangegorman. As well as managing the day-to-day logistics of the service point, it will work on identifying new services for our students and help to provide them, as well as promoting the service. It will also function as an administrative role for overseeing our spaces in Grangegorman and providing support to our elected team.
