Job Description As we are establishing a top-notch TA function in LEO Pharma, we need a strong and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner in each of our three biggest European markets - UK&I, France, Italy and Germany. LEO Pharma has embarked on an ambitious journey to become the world's preferred dermatology care partner - and that means bringing in critical talent to support the transformation. As our new TA partner, you will be a trusted advisor for the business as you secure the right talent, at the right time for our organization. You'll be part of Global Talent Acquisition, reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition Europe. This team consists of 9 TA Partners spread across Denmark (HQ), Poland, Ireland and now also France, Italy and Germany. Other parts of the Global Talent Acquisition team will support recruitments in the USA as Asia businesses, as well as our global employer branding efforts, our technology, process improvements, and executive search. The Global Talent Acquisition team is part of the Global Center of Excellence which is also responsible for, Leadership development, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion and Agile Ways of working.
