About Us
Day Hospice at St Joseph’s Hospice gives people with a life-limiting condition the opportunity to forge relationships with other people in a similar situation, take part in low-intensity social activities and access a range of aligned health and social care services as needed (e.g. nursing, physiotherapy, SLT, complementary therapies, social work, counselling) in a friendly and caring environment. Day Hospice is organized to meet the person’s individual goals and needs.
