Founded 2007 Company size 501 to 1,000 Revenue less than £1M (GBP) Industry Restaurants & Food Service Link Brewdog website BACK IN 2007, BREWDOG WAS FOUNDED BY JAMES WATT AND MARTIN DICKIE, TWO GUYS AND THEIR DOG, AT THE START OF A MISSION TO MAKE PEOPLE PASSIONATE ABOUT GREAT CRAFT BEER. They were bored of the industrial lagers and stuffy ales that dominated the UK market. The solution? To take matters into their own hands and brew beer themselves. Eight incredibly busy years later and BrewDog has become Top Dog in the craft beer revolution; fighting the beery fight on the front lines in the UK and across the international scene. There are now 32 BrewDog Bars in the United Kingdom and overseas, a rapidly expanding brewery in Scotland, over 400 incredible crew members, and over 35,000 passionate Equity Punk shareholders. We've now set our sites on purple skies and amber waves of grain. America has pioneered craft beer both stateside and across the international beer scene. Here at BrewDog, we draw a great amount of inspiration from our US craft beer forerunners. We believe that every employee should be paid a fair wage for a fair days work. SAFE RIDE HOME | We want to make sure you get home safe after a hard shift. That’s why we contribute £5 to your pay-check to help you get home safely after midnight. This is open to all our bar crew. BEER TRAINING | We love beer and we want you to love beer too, so we’ll support you through the internationally-recognised Cicerone qualifications, so you can love it almost as much as we do. We’ll also pay you more per hour for each level you pass. You also get to try loads of beer…tough job right. STAFF DISCOUNT | 25% off in bars, 30% off online and 50% off BrewDog Merch to fill up your fridge and your wardrobe* (*don’t put your hoody in the fridge though) PAID BREAKS | We know how much effort our teams put into work, so we pay your breaks to ensure you fully rest up and be at your best for the whole day. 4-WEEK SABBATICAL| After every 5 years here you will receive an additional 4 weeks off to spend it doing whatever you want.
