We have ambitious growth plans, and we are looking for someone interested in accelerating the beginning of their career in HR to join our team. In the role of People and Front Office Assistant you will have two primary responsibilities, with a focus on gaining exposure to the different facets of People at JH: • Provide administrative support to our growing People team: you will be the administrative engine for People, ensuring day-to-day HR activities run smoothly • Manage Front-Office reception: you will manage all in-office administration, making sure our people and our clients have great experiences at Jeffreys Henry This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about people and culture and eager to start their career in HR. This role requires providing support to our Front Office as well as People, meaning the right individual will be comfortable operating in a multi-faceted role and managing multiple projects at once. You are action-oriented; you feel confident taking the first step to troubleshoot problems independently You are comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, you come up with creative solutions to challenges and you manage upwards when you need to When you spot something that you think could be improved, you don’t ignore it – you take initiative understand it and to make a positive improvement You enjoy interacting with different kinds of people, and helping them You are clear and precise in your communications, written or verbal communications
