The Finance, Treasury and M&A (FTM) team is at the heart of delivering Shell’s strategy through the achievement of its aspired asset portfolio and its goal to become a world class investment opportunity that powers progress by providing more and cleaner energy solutions in Shell’s Upstream, Integrated Gas, Downstream, Renewable Energy Solutions and Trading businesses. FTM provides Finance input and M&A execution capability for RDS acquisitions, divestments, business combinations, JVs and restructurings. The FTM team supports these types of complex transactions with a focus on the EMEA region, as well as for some global opportunities. The M&A Finance Manager is part of the FTM EMEA team and reports to a Senior Manager.
