Following the investment by Blackstone, Warner Leisure Hotels is seeking an influential Head of Finance (Operations) to support the Finance Director with the development and implementation of the operational financial plans which are focused on delivering the strategic objectives of Warner Leisure Hotels. The Head of Finance (Operations) role has overall responsibility for how Finance business partners with the key operational stakeholders within the business. These key stakeholders (including the Hotel Operations Directors, Hotel Operations Support team and all Hotel General Managers) work together to optimize the retail contribution, hotel cost base and capital expenditure throughout the estate. Key outputs from actively business partnering the Operations team include the creation of hotel budgets and monitoring and managing the performance against these budget.
