Develops, implements and maintains risk management policies, procedures, methodologies and tools, including the risk governance framework for the UK Branch. Oversees the establishment of risk limits and monitors compliance with those limits in accordance with the UK Branch Risk Appetite. Provides independent oversight and challenge of the identification, assessment, monitoring, mitigation and reporting of all significant risks and risk practices within the UK Branch.
