Job Description We run two workstreams for a global apparel brand: 1). We are the global mastering partner; • Working closely with their roster of creative agencies, global media partner and internal Business Units to produce lead files across all of their ATL activity. • This role will focus on production across all channels (TVC/Cinema/Video, DOOH/OOH, Digital banners and DCO) – as well as other new opportunities coming our way, such as Brand Campaigns and Retail/Direct to Consumer (DTC). • This is a key area of growth for 2023 and beyond. Stakeholder engagement is key and sits firmly with Client Management, so you’ll be working under the vision set to you by the VP with the support of an AM, with plenty of opportunity to develop your own strategic muscle. • A team of global Project Managers who execute daily across all projects. • You will be expected to build relationships at all levels, but particularly with key leads and budget holders client-side. 2). We run a team of 20+ EMEA Creative Shoot Producers; • We are moving into Year 3 of being a Managed Service Provider (MSP) for this team • This team is fully funded by the client; there is a mixture of lead producers, senior producers, producers and assistant producers – as well as an Ops Manager who is the key interface for the Client Management team. • The AD role will be a value add role here and will be expected to support the AM on tasks such as; quarterly finance tracking, quarterly business reviews (data pulls and time tracking alongside the Ops Manager) as well as flag any escalations to the VP. • We are responsible for ensuring the MSP agreement is followed in full and alongside the clients’ own Contingent Labor guidelines, of which we are the guardians. • This AD role is the go-between to the Mastering work stream as we look to have increased visibility of the shoot calendar pipeline for key projects coming our way, as well as building our own opportunity to become a rostered post-production supplier in this space.
