The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial affairs of a HNWI, including payroll, budgeting, and tax preparation. In addition to bookkeeping duties, the personal assistant will also be responsible for general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails and phone calls, and coordinating travel arrangements. Key Responsibilities: Manage payroll for HNWI and any employees, contractors, or freelancers Prepare and file tax documents, including annual tax returns and quarterly estimated payments Create and maintain financial records, including budgeting and forecasting Assist with the management of personal and business accounts, including reconciling bank and credit card statements Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing emails and phone calls, and coordinating travel arrangements Maintain confidentiality at all times and handle sensitive information with discretion Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality Fluency in English is required If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the requirements, please submit your resume and a cover letter explaining why you are a good fit for the role
