Natalie Watsham, founder of Watsham Consulting, has been recruiting since 2011. Natalie's career started with a FTSE 250 recruitment agency in the City of London. Here Natalie developed lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients including Berkeley Homes, Barratt London, Skanska, Canary Wharf Group and numerous SMEs. With family heritage deeply routed in the Construction/Engineering industry and a personal interest in all things property, Natalie decided to pursue opportunities within this sector. After completing a contract as a Recruitment Manager for a COINS Consultancy, Natalie's knowledge and connections across the industry continued to grow wider. In July 2018 Watsham Consulting was founded, offering tailored recruitment services solely within the construction industry, with a penchant for COINS-specific roles.
