Latcom was launched in 1995 as a recruitment agency specialising in the Banking, Credit Card and Finance industry. Since our conception Latcom has experienced year on year growth and now deals with both recruitment for IT and Construction staff. Latcom can supply anything in IT from Programmers/Developers/Software Engineers, Web Developers/.Net Developers, IT /Infrastructure Support (1st Line Helpdesk, Desktop, 3rd Line etc), Systems / Network Administration, IT Graduates, Data Analyst’s, Tester's, DBA’s, IT Managers/IT Directors, Project Manager/Business Analyst's etc. Latcom recruits for a wide variety of roles within construction, property and engineering in sectors such as – mechanical and electric, main contractors, residential, and consultancy firms. We have a wealth of experience placing candidates in all areas of business such as Trades and Labour, Quantity Surveyors, Site Managers, Contracts Managers, Project Managers right through to Technical and Commercial Directors. Latcom is an established Permanent and Contract recruitment agency.
