We are a UK-listed company operating in some – more... highly regulated markets. With about 4000 staff, we work across 30+ offices which are mainly in the UK. Also operating outside the UK, we have satellite offices in key business locations such as Amsterdam and Chennai.
We keep things running smoothly for some of the UK’s best known brands and public sector organisations. The support we provide our clients is often “mission-critical” but is not always core to their business offering. For example, our clients may rely upon us to pay their staffs’ wages, manage their employee benefits, and administer their pensions. By managing these elements for them, we free up our clients so they can they take care of business.
Equiniti also provides services directly to millions of individuals. For example, we enable them to manage their company benefits or trade their shares through our share dealing platform.
Established in 2007, floated on the London Stock Exchange in 2015, Equiniti is a growing and exciting business. We welcome staff from all walks of life, we celebrate difference and diversity.

Equiniti has a strong community spirit and a real commitment to charity. This comes from the top and CEO Guy Wakeley recently announced that each staff member could donate two working days a year to a good cause. E.g. to help a charity or contribute to community project.
