As a Trainee Manager on our team, you’ll learn all about wine and work towards The Wine & Spirit Education Trust’s (WSET) Level 3 Award which is an industry recognised qualification. You’ll also get involved in every single aspect of store management – so you’ll find yourself immersed in this fast-paced and physically challenging environment from day one. From the fantastic service we offer our customers in store to the support we give to the people in our teams. When you join us as a Trainee Manager, you’ll also realise it’s an approach that’ s reflected within the friendly team environment and the training days at our Head Office in Watford. From day one you will be interacting with our customers and making a major contribution to your team. Our customers appreciate that new Trainee Managers will not know everything, but a smile and a friendly chat always breaks the ice and who know’s maybe they will be able to teach you something! Your input matters and we encourage creativity and bringing new ideas to work
