Turning Point Scotland’s HR team is based in Govan, Glasgow, and supports all of our social care services located across Scotland; we work closely with managers and colleagues at all levels and operate within a unionised environment. The innovative thinking, values-based and positive, inclusive approach of the organisation is mirrored within our HR team, which is made up of ten colleagues in three individual teams. We provide HR advice, support, recruitment, and planning to services as well as supporting organisational development, workforce development planning, and strategic projects.
